Banana Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 stick of butter (softened)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- pinch of salt (if butter is unsalted)
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 cups of all purpose flour
- 2 eggs
Baking Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Butter or grease a 9"x13" glass casserole pans then add flour.
- Mix the wet ingredients first with the sugar and then add the dry ingredients.
- Bake for approximately 45-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out cleanly.
Gluten-Free Banana Bread Recipe

- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1-1/2 cups of gluten-free all-purpose flour with xantham gum
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
