Vegan Cheese Sauce
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast
1/2 cup Unbleached White All-Purpose Flour or Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour
1 tsp Sea Salt
2 cups Water (cold)
1 tsp Dried Mustard
Slowly heat and whisk until it thicknes and boils.
Vegan Coconut Cheese Sauce
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cups canned coconut milk
3 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
2 tablespoons tapioca flour or arrowroot flour (I use less so it isn't too thick)
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil or unsalted vegan butter
1 tsp Dried Mustard
Slowly heat and whisk until it thicknes and boils.
