Vegan Cheese Sauce

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/2 cup Unbleached White All-Purpose Flour or Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 cups Water (cold)
  • 1 tsp Dried Mustard
  • Slowly heat and whisk until it thicknes and boils.

    Vegan Coconut Cheese Sauce

    INGREDIENTS
  • 3/4 cups canned coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 tablespoons tapioca flour or arrowroot flour (I use less so it isn't too thick)
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil or unsalted vegan butter
  • 1 tsp Dried Mustard
  • Slowly heat and whisk until it thicknes and boils.
