Pizza Dough Recipe (2 crusts)
Ingredients:
- 2.5 cups of all purpose flour
- 2.25 teaspoon dry active yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup warm water
- garlic salt
Baking Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Add the yeast to the 1 cup of warm water in a mixing bowl and confirm yeast is active.
- Add 3 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tsp of salt.
- Add in the flour and mix until well combined and sticky.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F while the dough sits for at least 10 minutes.
- Cut the dough in half and roll or spread onto baking sheets.
- I bake the dough until it bubbles with large air pockets before topping the dough.
- Top the dough with your favorites and cook until cheese starts to brown.
