Pizza Dough Recipe (2 crusts)

Ingredients:
  • 2.5 cups of all purpose flour
  • 2.25 teaspoon dry active yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup warm water
  • garlic salt

Baking Steps:
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Add the yeast to the 1 cup of warm water in a mixing bowl and confirm yeast is active.
  3. Add 3 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tsp of salt.
  4. Add in the flour and mix until well combined and sticky.
  5. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F while the dough sits for at least 10 minutes.
  6. Cut the dough in half and roll or spread onto baking sheets.
  7. I bake the dough until it bubbles with large air pockets before topping the dough.
  8. Top the dough with your favorites and cook until cheese starts to brown.
